Hey fellas,
Well that trip down south seems to have done alot of good for me, I’ve been working on new motion pretty much non-stop since I got back. Here are the fruits of my labour thus far:
Enjoy,
Paul
So during my whole hiatus from speunfed.com I did in fact work on one image that wasn’t work related. I didn’t submit it because somehow I figured entering it into competitions entitled “Waste of Time” and “Intricacy in Simplicity” would probably insult her. Anyhoo, as most of you know, my girlfriend Sarah celebrated her 25th […]
Hey fellas,
Sorry for skipping out on the past few competitions and not really submitting any new work in a while. It’s weird, lately I just haven’t had the time and I’ve lacked a bit of desire when it comes to creating my own stuff, I think mostly because I haven’t had a real break from […]
…finally, we were able to lose the nuclear gorilla-men in the elephant boneyard. Exhausted from days of dodging what seemed like an endless barrage of gorilla-man feces, we settled down in an abandoned shack for the night. Little did we know the nuclear fallout was about to deliver another surprise to our makeshift shelter…

hehe, I hope you guys aren’t sick of my constant posts lately, I’m just in an Illustratin’ mood, and this Nuclear Safari stuff is making me laugh - as lame as it is. Basically I’m doing self-promotional illustrations disguised as a ridiculous comic book following the adventures of Beau through a post […]
here’s a gorilla-man in a nuclear blast, getting his face blown off his body by the ensuing nuclear wind because well…haven’t you always wanted to see a gorilla-man in a nuclear blast getting his face blown off his body by the ensuing nuclear wind?

I don’t know if I’m done yet, I might bring it into Photoshop and shade his face or something, but I like the emptiness. I like white. White and yellow. Black is pretty good too. And brown, brown is good.
and I’m late anyway so I’m just gonna post it even though I don’t like it. It means nothing, and I have no idea why I made it, I just wanted to make those waves because I like the style and this is what spewed (speuwed?) forth.
EDIT: Here’s a new one I made abandoning the red texture and using a charcoal-y wood one instead. The noise + wooden texture make me think of some vintage film forest or something. As always, clicky make picture go big.
Hey everybody. I figured I better make up for my last ridiculous post, so here’s a […]
Haha Ben, you called it - Here it is, silly face and all. These are the same pixies that tell me to burn things…
EDIT: I figured out how to edit my post, now you can click the pic to go to the full version.
It doesn’t show the name of the author anymore, so FYI - this is Paul.
I decided I’m not going to tell anyone what this illustration is supposed to mean, I’ll let you guys decide for yourselves - might fuel some discussion since the comments have been a little lacking lately. As usual, click the pic […]
I had to babysit a render at work today, so I popped open illustrator and made this. The birds are all pen tool, though I think they kinda look like a default LiveTrace setting now that I really look at it. What do you guys think?

If “Speunfed” was the name of an 80’s Hair Metal Band…
6 Comments Published by biggie February 22nd, 2007 in design…this would be their album cover. Haha, I know it’s dumb, but I didn’t have much to do at work today, and I liked the look of the tiger when it was done, so I turned it into an 80’s album cover to give it a purpose. Also available as a wallpaper if you so […]
Hey guys,
Well it’s been a while since I’ve posted anything on here, but rest assured I’ll be popping on a few videos very soon. In the meantime, here’s something I did the other day when I was bored. It’s probably been done before, but I haven’t seen it, so here it is. Enjoy!
